Bam boom bang Firecracker is ready to light up your night sky of loneliness. She is an amazing girl that holds the heart of so many at APRA. It makes us sad because Firecracker was adopted from us in the summer of 2015. Her owner took a job that required her to travel and could not keep her any longer. In late spring of 2015 she joined us from our rescue partner in south Georgia Sweet Onion Animal Protection Society. They got her after she had been hit by a car. Luckily she only ended up with some bruises and scrapes. When she 1st came to us in 2015 she was very shy and overwhelmed. She spent her summer being the fan favorite of our kids s camps (you can see photos with her and the kids).We know Firecracker s ideal home will be a patient 1 who will help her lead a lovable life. She can get scared of new people and has to be introduced slowly and appropriately. She is reportedly scared of appliances that make loud noises like the vacuum dishwasher and washing machine....
