Exceptional experienced gaited very large trail horse

Exceptional and very experienced trail mare for sale. She definitely has been there and done that. Climbs steep hills crosses creeks swims jumps logs really any and all terrain. Likes to be the lead on the trails because she has such a long stride and fast but smooth gait. She will ride alone or in groups. She does fine with mares and geldings...tends to be towards the bottom of the pecking order in group setting. She stands tied if you need to take a rest. She has been on short trail rides and long ones that are all day. Will stay in a stall or out in pasture. Does not act mare ish kick buck rear spook or do any other bad habits such as cribbing pawing etc. She is between 13 15 years old and 16.3h tall. Stands for farrier veterinarian clippers cross ties or tied to post. I have had her for the last 5 years and really really don t want to sell her but divorce is the only reason I am having to make a life change. Currently boarded at facility with access to over 2000 acres to trail ride on....
