We currently have an opportunity for a Director of Personal Lines Underwriting to lead an underwriting team to ensure profitability sustained growth and execution of Integrity s business objectives through disciplined underwriting proactive portfolio management and strong customer service. Other duties include Manages the personal lines book of business focusing on risk assessment loss prevention rate evasion premium leakage proper plan placement guideline exceptions agency performance expense management and growth opportunities.
