Assistant Director of Concessions

We are currently seeking applicants to fill the position of Assistant Director of Concessions. To be considered you must have at least two years experience in managing high volume food and beverage concessions such as ballparks arenas racetracks etc. with crowds of at least 15 000. Experience with large scale inventory systems is a plus. Must be in above average physical condition as this position requires a good deal of walking and being on your feet at certain times of the year. Some lifting required.
