Petunia is a fabulous 1-2 yr-old female spayed American Pitbull Terrier. She is 50 pounds of muscle and love. She is 1 of the most precious dogs we ve ever met with people and with other dogs.She was picked up by our local animal control with a shattered hind leg from a bullet wound. And she was wagging her tail and giving kisses They weren t able to treat such a severe injury but she was way too wonderful to lose so they called us in to help. We had the leg repaired surgically and after several months of recovery she is 100% healed and nice as new. She was an amazing patient throughout her treatment with never anything but precious kisses for us regardless of what she was going through.
