Mainely Moxie is Available for Adoption

After being placed in an adoptive home for the past 4 yrs Moxie has returned to GSH due to some changes in her adopter s life. She is a gorgeous healthy strong Thoroughbred mare but seems to be struggling with some confidence and anxiety issues. Her adopter reports some stiffness in her stifle which we will watch for and have evaluated by a veterinarian. She has been ridden in her adoptive home and even shown however was not ridden much in the past several months due to her adopter s pregnancy. She is a big strong athletic girl that needs to be ridden regularly for a while to settle her in and make use of her energy. She has been evaluated under saddle and did very well walk-trot-canter both directions no problem. She s anxious inside so we are working on that but outside she s very nice. We haven t noticed any problems with stiffness in the hind. Moxie is 1 of the ISU 7 - a group of horses donated to Iowa State University for their veterinarian and or breeding system....
