Adopt Atari a TanYellowFawn Labrador Retriever Mixed dog in Aur

Atari is a three year old 60 pound female yellow labrador mixture. We don t know much about her history other than he was originally in a high kill shelter in Indiana where he was then transferred to us in Illinois. We began fostering Atari on May 28th and have learned a lot about her over this long holiday weekend. What we can tell you after a couple of days is that Atari is a terrific looking dog who is a very loyal precious dog and has a big heart. She just loves being around people. Her 1st few days were about as good as could be expected. Atari is learning the routine where 1st thing in the morning we get up go outside and go to the bathroom then come inside and eat breakfast. We are teaching her some manners and have her sit before we feed her although she already knew how to sit so that was easy. We have a German Shepherd mixture of our own and Atari has had no issues being around him so far. Atari is playing with a few toys but isn t overly toy driven. The same can be said for rawhides....
