Emma s foster mom says she is a adorable little soul. Not demanding at all. kind of a quiet girl who gets along really well with the other dogs and cats in her foster home. She was surrendered to a veterinarian by her elderly owners because the medication she was taking for her allergy was getting expensive for them. Emma is now switched on to Apoquel and is doing well on it. Emma will be eight years old in June. When Emma came to the veterinarian they realized that she is diabetic. She was started on insulin and is on a low dose twice a day and is doing really well on it....
