Adopt Paula a White - with Red Golden Orange or Chestnut St.

Paula is a special dog in need of a very special home. Paula came from pretty sad circumstances-living on the streets with her pups. The pups were adopted but Paula is still looking for a home. Living on the streets has caused some physical damage primarily in the form of Paula being heart worm positive and some emotional damage as well she tends to be slightly skittish in new environments. We have started Paula s heart worm treatment but due to the nature of this disease it requires additional veterinary support which can be expensive most likely for the rest of her life. Paula will require cage rest and a very low-key household for the next several months while her heart continues to repair. Unfortunately some damage cannot be undone and she may need additional medical treatment later in her life. She also needs slow positive exposure to new situations and it ll likely be best to avoid loud crowded events....
