Adopt Winston a Treeing Walker Coonhound Mixed dog in Mauston W

Hi I m Winston a 14-month-old 35lb neutered male Tree Walker hound. I ve been hiding out in Wisconsin for several weeks now while I learned how to be a dog. You see my foster mom thinks I spent my whole life in a crate before coming here. I was afraid of everything and didn t know anything about playing or cuddling. Well.... I ve learned and I m awesome I m crate-trained and house-broken. I play well with other dogs and would love to have a friendly dog in my new home to help me finish learning all I need to know as a dog. I m a little timid at 1st but love to sit on your lap and cuddle once I get to know you. I haven t been around kids and would probably be afraid of younger kids but older kids who understand my background would be nice. I haven t been tested with cats but I d probably be good with them too. I am still a little afraid outdoors (there s just so much to get used to) and need to be either on a leash or in a fenced back yard. I ll eventually get used to everything outside too....
