We can t figure out why. He s very friendly with people and other dogs. Poor Spartacus was kept as an outside dog so he is not yet housebroken but he hasn t had any accidents in the house yet so he s getting the hang of things. He s good with other dogs and walks well on leash. He has a nice mellow energy. We think Spartacus would be good for a first time foster. He s quiet and not very interactive with other dogs.
