Polly (1 year old) is a Domestic Long Hair Cat. Hello my name is Polly My previous human mom called me & quot Polly Prissy Pants& quot I arrived here in April in 2016 after 2 years in my home. Unfortunately my home was in the process of being torn down and there was nowhere for me to go. I have a lot of experience living with other cats and do well with them. My previous family described me as a friendly smart and playful cat. Since being at the shelter I have definitely been scared and could be described as the shyest of the group. I do tend to bond to one person but any chance to be a part of a family again would be wonderful My preference is to be around quiet calm adults rather than young children I love to be brushed and use a scratching post. I also chase a laser pointer and bell balls. As I have had a tough life so far my adopter should expect that I will likely hide for a week or two until I feel confident and comfortable in my new home.
