Chloe is a beautiful Persian tortie declawed on front paws. She s three years old quite young in cat years. Owner surrendered her due to moving and can t have cats in new locale. Who would want to live in a place where cats aren t welcome She just arrived and has been sitting quietly in her carrier calm and getting accustomed to her foster home. She hasn t reacted to the dogs barking outside her room and was comfortable when a kitten was moved into her area.
