ZEUS (and his sister Star) was abandoned when his owners left the state running from the law and turned into a kill shelter. Though they were staff favorites no one came to adopt them and soon their time was up. Nala s New Life rescued them with the support of people near and far who donated their time supplies and money.We are happy that they are just as nice as we were told and that they are as Mary Poppins said practically perfect in every way .They are very good in a car and both LOVE to play ball. They are very sweet dogs and know basic commands. Zeus is very keen on people pleasing and listens and learns quickly. Though Zeus could lose a couple pounds treat motivated dogs are easier to train. -) Zeus is great with the kitties and likes other dogs just fine.
