Penny is a border collie lab mix. Her story is very sad. We know that she was given up to the shelter as her original owners were put into a Nursing Home. She was then adopted by a family that decided they did not want her because they were going to have a baby and dumped her at the Garland Shelter. We were so excited to get her and have found out by her actions she will not accept cats. But this was unknown.
