Kiara FOSTER NEEDED - Female Chihuahua

Kiara is an 18mo 14lb chihuahua mix that we recently pulled from the NYC ACC. We placed her into a temporary foster home but she needs a foster takeover asap Kiara can be shy with strangers but warms up to being friendly and outgoing. She will paw at you for attention and plays gently with adults. Kiara is pee pad trained and will go outside. Like many dogs that have been left at the shelter she does have some separation anxiety and likes to be with her person as much as possible. Kiara will need training to help her get over her fear of being collared and we would recommend an all adult home.
