About 1 1 2 years old Dutch Shepard mix. Tara s owner has a terminal illness and won t be coming home. Tara is chilling out in Paso Robles at CCHD Rescue. Tara has not been in a shelter. She is a loved dog no doubt gauging by all the suitcase of belongings she came here with. This is one well cared for dog. Tara is sweet with kids and other dogs. She walks well on leash and wants to be by your side. I imagine tara was pretty confused and wondered where her owner was. But she was so distracted by the new house and dogs she s pretty subdued now. Having a pleasant time in a new pack of humans and dogs. Tara has been in training and is a very obedient girl.
