What makes this dog a Mischievous Mutt This big butterball is not only looking for her next meal but also her forever family. She has been bounced around between several homes but has not yet found the perfect fit. While Sadie does well with most dogs she really prefers the company of her people. Sadie could live successfully with some dogs but not all. After a slow & proper introduction she will do best with canine pals that are the same size & energy level that will give her space & allow her to transition into the family. She could also stand to shed a few pounds but until then we say there s more of her to love Sadie needs a family that is committed to setting her up for success What is recommended to make this adoption successful Formal training is strongly recommended. There are many trainers to choose from. We recommend doing your homework to find a trainer who uses science-based positive training methods & has previous experience training dogs with similar behaviors as the dog you re adopting. We work closely with a certified behavior consultant & highly recommend her services. Any animal adopted from HSU will receive a 25% discount on any services offered.
