He was Pauly s only owner who left the door to his cage open so he could come and go as he pleased. He was scared for about a week when he arrived but is now warming up and getting friendly. He is also making friends with his foster brother in the house who is a Dove. His wings are not clipped. He loves coming out of his cage and climbing around on the top of it.
