Meet Merlin He s our super sweet happy go lucky 2 year old bundle of happiness. Merlin is a bit under weight and has so many things that make people think he s a young puppy. He s about 40 pounds and is full of the wiggles and always excited to see you Merlin would benefit from some obedience classes he is smart and very food motivated. He is also crate trained and housebroken. He seems to be terrified of cats which would work out well for the cat. He gets along well with other dogs gives kisses and is all for a game of run around the yard. Merlin doesn t seem to have much leash experience and can be a puller a little practice and a training harness would help him become a great walking partner. Merlin would love a home to call his own where he can show you just what a snuggle bunny he is he loves to get attention from his people but is also fine chewing a bone quietly on a dog bed after play time is over. Dogs have been heartworm tested and if appropriate (age and time of year) all dogs and puppies are given heartworm preventative. All are given medication to rid them of roundworms and checked and treated for fleas & ear mites if needed. Dogs and puppies are given distemper vaccines and depending on how long the pet has been in foster care additional distemper vaccine(s) may be necessary and the expense will be incurred by the adopter. Any canine over 4 months of age is brought current on the Rabies vaccine. Additional vet care may have been provided depending on the particular animal s needs. Dogs are individually priced as above.
