CHARLOTTE (F Lab mix 1-2years 60lbs HW Neg) A citizen called AC because there were two dogs hanging out at their house. AC caught Andy and now Charlotte we believe Charlotte is Andy s mother. She is calm and a little confused. She does enjoy being around other dogs. Her hold is up 6-25-16 and he can be killed any time after that date at the discretion of the shelter staff.
