Logan came to us with a severely fractured right front limb that would not heal so our vet staff made the difficult decision to amputate the limb. He had a bit of a rough recovery but is doing great now. Logan is getting used to his three-legged status though it is important to keep Logan slim at a healthy weight to prevent excessive wear on his other joints. A daily routine of walks should accomplish this with a good diet. He looks forward to his walks with the volunteers and is getting stronger every day.
