Meet Buck Buck arrived at our shelter due to not working out with the children in the home. Buck is a little fearful but warms up quickly when offered treats and a gentle pet. Buck would do best if he had a best friend who understood his shyness. Buck would not be successful in a home where he would be hugged or grabbed quickly by strangers as these types of surprises scare him. Once Buck gets to know you however he is a huge cuddle bug He loves to stand against you with his front legs wrapped tightly around you A big Buck hug Buck requires a home with no small children due to his shyness but he would be a wonderful snuggle companion for an adult-centered home. Buck has been regularly going to training here at the shelter. He can sit stay and walk nicely on a leash and will do just about anything for a nice snack He s a big fella with a gentle heart who is dying for a forever home with the right family.
