The owners that turned him in suggested there be no small children. With this breed they are a herding breed and very active but also have to have a purpose. They need to be in the right environment with supervision with children.With the right supervision they will do well with children and will be their protector. Please dont adopt a herding breed until you have studied up on their needs.
