She recently came to us as a stray and despite our best efforts we have not been able to locate her owner. She is a blind middle-aged overweight medium-sized Beagle Wire-Haired Terrier mix with low energy. But even though she can t see Molly isn t really all that needy. She is calm gentle and easygoing and she enjoys the company of other dogs and cats. Molly is looking for a quiet mellow home with someone who will let her lay around as much as she wants but also help her shed a few pounds by maintaining a healthy diet. Prospective adopters must agree to a home visit have secure fencing and allow their dog to sleep inside at night. Those coming from out of town may submit a vet reference in place of a home visit. All renters need landlord approval. If you already have a dog or two they must be spayed neutered and brought to the shelter for a meet and greet. Homes that already have than two dogs or any unaltered dogs will not be considered. Exceptions to these rules may be made in special circumstances.
