This is Napoleon (HWTH 16167A). He is a Shih Tzu mix DOB 5 14 14. Napoleon weighs approximately 10-12 pounds. A good Samaritan found him on the streets took him in and took him to a groomer to be bathed and shaved down (he was a matted mess). He is a friendly outgoing little guy who likes to snuggle and be held. If you don t pick him up quickly he will jump into your arms.
