4-year-old Sandy is a playful bubbly little guy. He loves getting outdoors and putting his little doggie nose to work. Sandy has a sensitive side that will need some extra attention to help him feel comfortable and relaxed in his new routine. Sandy has a positive history with other dogs. We recommend Sandy take a Small Dog or Basic Manners class where he can start a new life with you with the best paw forward. If you have small children we recommend bringing them for a meet and greet before adopting Sandy. He currently weighs 13 pounds. Sandy s adoption fee has been prepaid by a generous donor. Sandy is currently at ARF. Please come in to meet him and make an appointment to revisit him in a home settingSandy s adopter must be at least 18 years old with valid state-issued identification.
