Elsa was picked up as a stray in a neighborhood but no one every claimed her. She is a very sweet girl who is approximately 14 mos old. She is heartworm and mange negative spayed and up to date on all of her shots. She does have flea dermittius hair loss (due to fleas and poor nutrition) and needs to gain weight. She likes to ride in the back seat of the car truck and loves humans. She gets along with other dogs. She is very smart. She does have bursts of puppy behavior. She will enjoy an active home where she gets lots of love and attenion as a family member. Adoptive family will have to patiently wait for her fur to grow back.
