Hello beautiful world My name is Stevie but I m a girl - like Stevie Nicks. I m a sweet and energetic 5 month old Pointer Pit Bull mix. I ve got these adorably- big webbed feet. I m told they re great for swimming but sadly I missed the Olympic tryouts. I love to chase and chew squeaky toys play-fight with other dogs but I absolutely LOVE to cuddle. Cuddling is my favorite. Oh and g iving kisses. Kisses are my other favorite. I m mostly potty trained I had a couple accidents but I m getting the hang of it really quickly. No more overnight accidents Everyone tells me that I m really smart My foster mom loves when I do tricks like sit and shake. She gives me these little treats that smell delicious. Speaking of smells I have a great nose and love to sniff around and find little yummy morsels but I don t like to share my treats. Do you blame me I m a growing girl and it s so yummy I am hoping to find my best friend and family. I love kids and other dogs even big dogs like my Malamute foster siblings. I had so much fun playing chase around the house with my foster mom s nephews and Malamutes. It was such a blast Oh I can t wait to have a family of my very own PUPPIES Young puppies that have not had their second round of puppy shots will not be at the Adoption Center for our weekend adoption events. If your application is approved a meeting can be arranged. Also we only adopt young puppies locally due to the 4 month timeframe it takes to get them fully vetted and altered. OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS We do allow out-of-state adoptions for dogs however the adopter MUST come to Houston to get the dog and take the dog home with them. We do not allow our dogs to be shipped. SPAY NEUTER As we believe proper healthcare of one s pet is a requirement of good ownership K-9 Angels Rescue only adopts out dogs that have been fully vetted. If the dog being adopted is not already altered at the time of their adoption the dog will be altered within 2 weeks of adoption at our vet at our cost with the exception of puppies which will be altered as soon as the puppy is ready.
