Hello Look no further you ve just found your new forever friend I m Scooter a 2-year old 47-pound red male Hound mix. I came to the SPCA of Texas on May 9 because my family had too many animals to care for. While it s sad that they couldn t keep me I m not too worried. I know I ll find my new home soon. I mean with my darling personality and handsome good looks I know I ll be in and out of here in no time. While at the shelter I ve been working on my loose leash skills and I m getting better every day. I enjoy curling up in my bed and taking a nap so if you like having a snuggle buddy I m your guy Volunteers have been working with me on verbal commands and I m doing well. They ve noted how sweet I am too. I am blind in my left eye but that doesn t slow me down at all. In fact I think it just makes me quite unique I ve been neutered microchipped and have received all of my age-appropriate vaccinations. I m really looking forward to finding my new family and I promise I ll love you forever.
