I am micro-chipped am heart-worm Negative have all my vaccinations received a major dental. I had already been spayed and now will be evaluated for 2 weeks by my foster family who have undergone the SRC approval process and reside in Blowing Rock NC. I am shy but warming up well to my foster family especially my foster dad -- our walks are great fun yet I am still learning how to respond to leash training. (SRC 1814) BELL s Story BELL with this unique identification number (SRC 1814) just came into our custody and care. Now vetted this dog is being prepared for adoption by a foster family who has gone thru our approval process and responding very well . Bell (1814) had Grade 4 Dental D isease so terrible that her Submandibular Nodes were enlarged and even though no spay was necessary she still required pain meds and a strong antibiotic for 10 days. She will have the opportunity now for a healthy life but was just beginning to show bone loss in her jaw so SRC got to her just in time. Here is what her foster mom had to say about her after only a couple of days Bell is coming right along When I cook she sniffs the air expectantly and I share a bit with her. She s not in my lap as of yet but she is becoming more used to us even coming to shyly sniff us a bit. She does extremely well with our two. Lots of running around the yard from front to back good potty habits. Able to get her meds in her with Paul s help. Cleaned her eyes. Shes eating well twice a day and ate her post dinner dentastix with the others. Given time Im sure she ll just do better and better. She s made her place on the dog bed behind Paul s chair but comes on and out with the others. Breaks my heart to think what was done to her to make her so afraid of people.
