Adoption Donation TBA Axl is a Maltese Toy Poodle mix around 10yrs old weighing approximately 7lbs. He is a sweet little fellow that loves to sit close and snuggle. He was found at an animal shelter with a sever right hip injury. Axl was left in this condition for at least 3 months by his former owner before being taken to the shelter. Surgery was performed to eliminate the extreme pain Axl was in for months. He is undergoing physical therapy so he will regain full use of his right hip. While this boy does have cataracts and has a small problem hearing he is a resilient trusting and gentle little soul. He has been fully vetted and is ready for a new chapter in his life. Axl is being fostered in Bristow VA. Out-of-state adoptions are possible however the approved adoptive home is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to pick up their new little one.
