Supports the Purchasing group by negotiating cost saving initiatives cost mitigation efforts and market tests. Responsibilities include Reviews CNH Parts & Service spend for best cost country and cost savings opportunities determines strategic supply objectives assesses supply base and negotiates best cost structure.
