POSITION TITLE Account Administrator REPORTS TO Client Relations Manager LOCATION Riverside CA KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively analyze and evaluate client needs. Handle incoming calls and assist as a back up to the Receptionist. Provide back up support to all Senior Account Administrators. Monitor and follow up with all new accounts on periodic basis as set forth by the department manager.
