CUSTOMER SERVICE CONCIERGE MALE OR FEMALE UP TO $16 PR/HR - Comp

LSSI is now hiring full time Concierges. Applicants are expected to work as a member of the building operations team and be responsible for the safety of guests and residents. Duties Patrol the facility the building and surrounding area checking for safety fire hazards vandalism unauthorized intrusion suspicious activity or persons and ensures security of exits access areas and windows control access investigate fire alarms Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage theft presence of unauthorized persons unusual occurrences and medical emergencies Inspects and adjusts security systems equipment and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering Working with contractors cleaning staff and building operators when required Other duties as requested in a prompt and efficient manner and Contributes to the overall success of the building by accomplishing related results as needed.
