Diego was rescued about a year and a half ago from San Bernardino City Shelter. He was adopted to a family pretty quickly but sadly it did not work out. Diego was loved by dad and kids but mom was not on board. Diego was surrendered back to us shaking and scared.Diego is a stunning boxer mix with beautiful green eyes and gorgeous markings. He is about 2.5 years old and weighs about 70 lbs. He is in good shape but like most of us could lose a few lbs. Diego would love a home where he gets lots of exercise as well as affection. He is good with people and other dogs. Like many dogs Diego can be reactive with other dogs when he is on a leash. He s a strong dog so would do best with a confident leader who will work with him on his leash skills. He also seems to like water so would enjoy having a sprinkler or kiddie pool to play in during the summer.
