My pelvis and a back leg were broken and I had bladder stones. The pelvis was allowed to heal and the broken leg was repaired. I still wouldn t use it so it was amputated. I don t miss that appendage so please don t feel sorry for me. You wouldn teven know that I am a tripawd if you saw me coming toward you. I enjoy twice daily walks which help to keep my weight down and prevent stress on the joints of remaining limbs. I like to spend supervised time in the backyard too including relaxing on the pool deck. Sometimes I play with another foster dog here who knows to be gentle with me. I had the bladder stones removed and require a specific food to prevent recurrence. I and the other dogs in my foster home are crated when home alone but I would probably be fine if loose. I am house trained and mild mannered. I want to be wherever my person is but I am content in a lap on the floor in a dog bed or in an open crate. I prefer to sleep with my person at night which is allowed here. If you are willing to learn about tripawds yet see the full measure of me come to meet me in person.
