Duke - Male Retriever (Unknown Type) Mix

Duke was surrendered for adoption on April 13 because he was just too active for his owner. He was about 6 months old at the time. Since then he has been adopted twice and returned both times. The first adoption failed because of landlord issues and the second adopter just didn t have enough time to devote to his care. Duke and needs a home with a yard and would probably not do well in an apartment. He is PG-8 and cannot be adopted by someone with children under that age. This is because he is very active and needs manners training and has to learn not to jump up on people. Duke is house trained will bark and go to the door when he needs to go out. He is about 9 months old.
