Tucker is a 2yr old Siberian Husky who was found running stray.He was brought to a county shelter and he was picked up by his foster mom after his stray hold was up. His foster mom can t believe no one came to claim him. He clearly had someone taking care of him as he was healthy and looked well groomed.We think Tucker was kept mostly outdoors. He had ticks all over when we first got him. The day he came into his foster home he tried marking his territory in the house but was quickly corrected. Ever since that one time he has not tried it again.He is a big boy weighing around 60lbs. He is fully grown and just wants to be someones giant teddy bear. He loves to snuggle Other dogs are a must for Tucker. He is not happy if he is alone. Give him a dog friend and he has no complaints. He really loves the ladies but will hang with the guys too. Tucker is a submissive boy and will cower if he thinks he has done something wrong. Tucker pulls on leash and would love to go to a family who would take him to training classes. He already knows sit shake and down. He also doesn t mind being crated either. He appears to be very well mannered so he may not need a crate.An idea home for Mr. Tucker would be with an active family who likes to hike walk or run. This guy would be your best buddy. He is very smart and learns quickly.Tucker will be neutered upon adoption. He is up to date on vaccines microchipped heartworm negative and on monthly preventatives.
