Their mom came and went. She belonged to a family who would not care for the pups. The barn was frequented by predators but the pups survived. Our rescue brought them up as soon as they were old enough to be weaned. The family would not let us bring mama along. The pups were covered with ticks and fleas and quite weak. They are now 8 weeks old and about 12 and are ready for their new lives. Lady is the largest in the litter but plays gently.
