Hi My name is Presley. I was pulled from a high kill shelter in Houston after my previous owners dumped me there in deplorable conditions. I was bleeding in many spots from a skin issue they didn t get help for. Thankfully I was taken out of there quickly and treated at a vet. I am still in the process of growing some hair back in one patch but slowly I ll get it all back.I am about 10lbs and crate trained. I am a shihtzu and about 3 years old. I like to live a laid back lap dog lifestyle. I live in a multi dog home and stay out during the day with my doggie friends with no problems. I can use a doggie door or hold it during the day. I will play with toys sometimes but am most happy sitting on your lap. I am not grouchy about my food and just free feed during the day. I like walks and car rides. I love treats I also like to talk to my mom when I want up on the couch. At night I sleep in a crate but would love to sleep in the bed.I can get a little grumpy with the other dogs ONLY when I am on my mom s lap and they want to take away all the attention. But any other time I am really good with all my brothers and sisters. Mom kicks me off the couch if I try and keep my friends from coming up for pets. Can t blame a girl for trying to steal all the attention can you HahaOur process includes an approved application reference checks a homevisit and a meet and greet.
