Thankfully someone came to check on the house and found poor Toto in time He was emaciated very dehydrated and scared. With lots of love TLC good food and treats he is finally restored to health and ready to find a loving home. He is SUCH a sweetheart He is good with other pets and walks well on a leash. He does act very well as a doggie doorbell as we are greeted with his little happy chirps every day when entering the shelter.
