JuJu has found that safe space that she and so many others want today. This sweet girl was rescued as a stray and now is in foster care where she s realizing that kind humans want to give her love and security. She s been given refuge in her own private room while she begins to overcome her initial fearfulness. She s exploring her new home becoming excited to see her new human friends tail a wag and ready to accept that petting. JuJu seems house trained and she walks well on her leash happily walking close to her people and making good eye contact. She hasn t been formally introduced to her foster dog and cat housemates yet but she s calm when observing them briefly and at a distance. It should be noted that JuJu has tested positive for heartworms. It s a treatable condition and the cost is included in the adoption fee.
