STARLET - Female Rat Terrier Mix

Starlet came into the shelter with her brother Moonlight and both must have had a very tough life up till now. NOW we are trying to turn it around for the better for both of them. They are scared and are in the process of learning that a human touch can be be a good thing that nobody will hurt them and that being held tight means love not something bad. Her brother is already coming when called learning to play a bit and seems to understand that things are better now. Starlet is still very cautious and easily intimidated by unknown noises or even doors opening and closing. They are both still in need of lots of socialization but we believe that with love and patience they will come around and end up being happy fun little dogs who can in turn bring joy and happiness to a family who adopts them. Both will be fixed so if someone is interested in adopting them together that should not be a problem at all. So if you have a bit of a dog-whisperer inside of you please consider offering those two the truly save and forever home they both so deserve.... More Info
