Responsibilities include preparing demand letters and judgment figures loss mitigation correspondence communications with outside counsels and other tasks as needed. Requirements Knowledge and understanding of real estate and mortgage concepts. Strong computer skills -- MS Office Suite (Excel Outlook Word) and Adobe Acrobat. Good communication skills.
