Tom - Male Labrador Retriever Mix

Tom is a 5-6 year old neutered male Golden Retriever Mix weighing 50 lbs. He is up to date on his shots microchipped heart worm negative and on monthly prevention. He is house trained as well as crate trained. Matter of fact as soon as Tom comes in from playing outside he goes straight to his house . Tom walks well on a leash and gets along with other dogs and did we mention how he loves to go for a ride If you are looking for a great dog...then Tom is your dog. He loves to play run swim cuddled up next to you or lie at your feet. He is a well-mannered gentleman. He would be a great only dog or would do well in a house with other dogs. While Tom s foster parents do not have small children Tom does not jump or show any signs of being pushy so he would make a great family dog. Tom and his sister Clarissa Clara were surrendered to the Animal Shelter because their owners were not allowed to have pets at their house. They were rescued by FCHS and have been able to remain together in their foster home. If they were to be adopted together (which is not a requirement) there is a reduced adoption fee of 400.00.
