Meet Victor. He was given a bad rap at the pound and was going to be PTS. Victor is an awesome dog hilarious personality fine with all types of animals but just doesn t like the screaming running and fast movements of kids. If a kid is quiet and walking and talking at normal level he is 100% fine. A 3-year old has given him treats walked him and he has sat on his lap just getting loved and petted.
