Meet Penny She is a beautiful 4-year-old sweetheart Penny came to us with heartworm disease. We are thrilled to announce that the painful treatment is now complete and she is available for adoption Penny enjoys walks car rides stuffed toys and a treat-filled Kong. But if you ask her nothing tops just sitting and cuddling--she is the ultimate lapdog This affectionate girl just loves people including the little ones but she can get excited and jump up so she would do better with older kids. Due to her separation anxiety Penny would appreciate someone home with her most of the day. To help her overcome her anxiety we have resources for you to gradually desensitize and recondition her. Penny would also like the companionship of another dog (smaller and low-key) but it is not a requirement. Penny is being fostered in the Twin Cities metro area and her adoption fee is 350.
