How would you like to have the coolest dog in the neighborhood We love Clark s laid-back style. He s a friendly affectionate guy and enjoys receiving attention but he s never pushy about it. Clark is quite independent - although he seems to like most everyone he meets he also maintains his own interests. He enjoys looking outside and lounging on the patio. He does enjoy getting some exercise too. He loves going for walks and his leash manners are top notch. He enjoys being out exploring the world but he knows his commands and stays in touch with his walker. He sometimes engages during play time but often makes it clear that he would prefer to curl up and relax. He does seem to be very curious of other dogs and may be able to share a home with a well-matched mate. The ideal family for Clark will make sure to keep him somewhat active but more importantly will make time to spend with him around the house. He loves to be in your lap on your couch but is smart enough to realize that he needs to get your permission first. All family members should prepare to give him some attention because Clark is a real people lover He might need some time to learn how to interact with smaller children but this guy is a quick study and well-behaved so it should just be a matter of consistency.
