Experienced Construction Manager
I am new to Sarasota and looking for a Construction Management position in either a full or part time capacity. I have 30 plus years of construction and design experience and have developed and managed projects through architectural development site planning site development complete turnkey construction and final interior design and site landscaping including renovation historic renovation and new construction. I am familiar with all types of construction and have taught both geothermal and weatherization continuing education courses. I have extensive renewable energy experience and have developed several large scale solar projects. I have excellent computer and 3D modeling skills. Examples of my work are attached.
